GoldenHillGuy
Do you have problems with gluten? You sound like some of my family that can't have it. Just wondering. Link to comment
JadedStar
Keep a food journal. What are you eating? if you bite it, write it! HAHA, cute "if you bite it write it". I'm going to tell my boss that. she is constantly on a diet with weight watchers and keeps a food journal. Link to comment
redrose85
Golden hill, I'm really starting to think that I do have a problem digesting glutens. I went to a concert on Tues and it was pretty much impossible to stick to any kind of rules. When you're starving after getting back to your hotel at 2 AM and a pizza place is the only thing open... not much choice. I was SO bloated in the morning, and for the rest of the next day. I am trying to keep carbs to one meal a day to see how I feel. Link to comment

JeckyllNHyde
I'm watching both. this worked for me. fruits and everything will have carbs though just like wheat is in everything haha. i dont really advise to eat carbs in one meal only. limit yourself to about 35 carbs a meal if possible.
