CoCo2009
I feel like why do any work if I'm fired anyway? I have absolutely no motivation. I was atleast looking forward to a raise and promotion so thats why I worked hard and I start organizing everything and now it just feel like a waste of time. I don't want to do anything Link to comment
SapphireNoir10
I dont blame you for feeling like this. Just stick out out best you can so you can at least have a good reference with them. Link to comment

Sweet Venus
The reason you want to continue doing a good job is because #1) It is the right thing to do 2#) You never know if you might ever come back to work for that company again, and don;t want to burn any bridges. #3) It will help in the future with references. No one wants to hire someone with a chip on their shoulder. Business is business. Don;t act like a victim. And the biggest reason is because YOU can feel good KNOWING you put in 100% even though you didn't have to. That is what separates the winners from the losers. Link to comment
