She will only get into trouble if someone finds out... I'm sure you or any guy wouldnt scream rape if a chick tried to have sex with you I know I wouldnt unless she had aids or something. The legal age for sex is 16 here so for me even If I was in the states I wouldnt care, if you're old enough to get it up, you're old enough to have sex IMO. Link to comment
