walkingonwater Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 It's been a few days since I had my mental breakdown and outburst of anger. I think it really helped because i've been feeling better and better. Today I got an amazing amount of work done at work, hung out with some friends and had a great laugh. Then I went to my dance classes and that was good fun too. I also had a good talk with my bro last nite (2-3 hours) on the phone, and he helped me get a better perspective on things. I hope I can keep this up, you know how it goes up and down.... Link to comment
duppy_conqueror Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 that sounds excellent. it can stay up most of hte time if you remember to not bottle your feelings though. sure there are some things we cant control in life, but if you remember to communicate yourself in relationships and whatever you can control the way you interact with people, your attitude all that stuff.
