singleman08
Is there such thing as long-lasting true love in gay relationships, or is it more of a relationship based on sex? Link to comment
blackandgold
I think this question isn't really asking about love but more about if gay love is equal to straight love and I believe it is. I don't know if true love is possible but I do know if it's possible in a straight relationship it's possible in a gay relationship. Link to comment
Cognitive_Canine
A gay relationship is no different than a straight one, if that is what you are asking. Link to comment
Divine_Malice
I don't think it matters if you are gay or straight. This is a pretty ignorant question. Link to comment
Aver
Why would you ask this question? IF true love is possible, it wouldn't be dictated by gender, race, creed, sex, anything. That's the entire idea of true love. Link to comment
AnotherBrokenDoll
I completely agree with all of the above. I don't believe in true love in any circumstance. But if it does exist it won't be limited. Its just like a straight relationship. You have to find the right person. Link to comment
FortunateOne
True love transcends the trivial facts of life. Just be sure your love is truly real. Physical passion, verbal intimacy or sincere commitment can't stand alone. These three basic traits together is what make up consummate love. Link to comment
gardengnome
I think with the whole gay rights/gay marriage movement that gay relationships are becoming more like straight relationships, and it makes me happy. Link to comment
lukeb
I think with the whole gay rights/gay marriage movement that gay relationships are becoming more like straight relationships, and it makes me happy. That doesnt make me happy but I dont see what this has to do with true love. I guess for the poster, true love seems elusive that that is pretty natural. Hang in there, try not to obsess about it too much but try to enjoy life in the moment as much as possible. Link to comment
DannyThe_Cat
I think it was a bit mean calling someone ignorant right away , I also wanted to aks this same question witch means I am also ignorant and I agree with the last post and im afraid now because the last several days I have been obsessed about it, love does seem elusive for us and i think its imposible for me, but i will make another thread about myself. greywolf
A gay friend once told me that it can be difficult to get into a relationship. Many guys would just like one-night stands at such. But even though he said that, he was in a relationship with a guy that he loved very much. Link to comment
