Underside of a penis???

This is a really silly question, but I read this in a thread:

 

There is a very sensitive area on the underside of the head of the penis .it looks kinda bumpy.stroke this lightly or lick slowly at first and then swiftly--this will drive a man nuts.

 

My questions is, which side of the head of a penis is the underside? Is it the side closer to the abdomen when it is erect, or the opposite side?

the under side is the one that the man cannot see unless he looking in the mirror. It's not the side that's facing him, the under side is the side that connected to the testes. If you're still not clear ill send you a foto.

ok here is the easiest image. Let's say you were going down on a guy. He is standing up in front of you, you are on your knees. The "underside" would be the part that is resting on your tongue. As YES! that portion of the penis is very sensitive and I personally LOVE to have it licked, stroked, rubbed with ice while I am receiving head and many other forms of contact. It is a great turn on!
