For those of you in love, what is the song you like to call "our song?" The song that reminds you of how much you love him/her, and everytime you hear it you smile and think of that special person. I just thought this would make an interesting thread!! Any and all songs are welcome!

 

For my boyfriend and I, our song is "More Time" by Needtobreathe (from the PS I Love You soundtrack). Kind of a long story of how that started but it's our song and it fits perfectly!

I used to hate hearing people gush on about their wedding songs...it was always some really corny ballad from Air Supply or Lionel Ritchie or something along those lines. I don't have a partner, but if I did the two songs that would "speak to me" are the following: Eric Clapton's "Let it Grow" and Enrique Iglesias' "Escape".

There is a song that i like, it's not raelly a love song per se, but kinda, it's called "I'll Be" and i love it because a verse says "i'll be the greatest fan of your life"...and that kind of says what we feel for each other...

 

A really sad love song that chokes me up sometimes when i hear it is by Nickelback called "Far Away"...the song is so beautiful and it just is so sad.....it is a song of broken love and it is so beautifully sung by the lead singer of Nickelback.

We shared old stories and fond memories, and I felt so positive about her, and so happy that we were still able to be in each other's lives on some level. About half way through dinner, that song suddenly comes on over the restaurant sounds system. She looked like she was going to cry.

Well we both agree on if we ever get married in the future, Which we both would like, our song would be Say by john mayer cause that is the song we said I love you to for the first time. (very romantic and cute)

Before we were going out, I made my boyfriend a mix cd of a load of my favourite songs, and this was on it. We both knew how we felt about each other...at that time we were just waiting until we could be closer before we got together. We've talked about getting married, and in my girly dreams this is our first dance.
