Ashleigh_n_TN Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 I went to California about a month and a half ago, the time difference from there to here is about 3 hours. Ever since ive been back, i cant go to bed at a normal hour. I used to go to sleep around 12 or 1... now i dont sleep till 3, 4, even 5am. Also, i have pulled 3 all nighters... why cant i sleep? I also dont wake up until about 3 or 4 in the afternoon because i was up so late the night before. my boyfriend is coming home in a couple of days, and i dont want to be up all night with him there beside me sleeping, and me sleeping all day when i could be spending much needed time with him. Any solutions besides sleeping pills? - i dont want to start on those like my mother, she's like addicted to them Link to comment

The all nighters probably haven't helped much either. You just need to start getting up at a normal time, no matter how tired you are, and you will start to be able to get to sleep at a norma time at night. Link to comment
