ken_is_changing Posted July 13, 2008 Share Posted July 13, 2008 Im recently divorced and I lost the girl I was seeing after the divorce. It comes in waves, the feeling of grief and depression. I'm in no place to start a relationship which would cure my lonliness. I 'm just having a tuff time , crying alot. If anyone I was interested in new how I was acting they would run away from me. Anyone going through this ? I do as much as I can to improve myself but some days its overwhelming. Link to comment

Perhaps sign up for some volunteer work...sometimes seeing people who are worse off and need help might put things into perspective for you. Most people on this forum have been where you are now..but over time they pulled through it. So will you. Link to comment

nothanks Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 Yes sure. I have experienced that. Many times. And recently. It sucks. You have to somehow tap into the part of you that KNOWS it will pass. You don't have to pretend you don't feel it, or get angry at yourself, or try to rush it. Just tell yourself that you KNOW it will pass. Link to comment
