Does being small limp meaning your small hard?

I over heard a few people talking about,

 

If your penis is small limp its small hard. Is that true?

 

And people were talking about there penis sizes to be 8",9",10",11" Which may highly be unlikely because well its been proven the average size is 6"-7.5"

Maybe, Maybe not. Nobody can effectively answer that question. I am damn small, even when I am hard. You do not want to see me coming out the pool. You might need a microscope to inspect.

 

The ladies would still love me though when it comes down to sexy business. Size is perception, not a reality. Your insecurity is what will kill you long term, the size of your penis is irrelevant to the good ladies.
