NametheGame
I'm totally over my ex by now...but whenever I think of the way he broke up with me I still get so angry inside. It takes a lot to get me angry, but once I do I can hold a grudge or aaaaggggeees. Tips on letting go of past anger? Link to comment
MorbidMetalHead87
Fair enough. Try not to think about him, And think about something else. Link to comment
Gracelove
I can relate. I guess maybe, just think of the good times you had. That will temper the anger. If he dumped you suddenly, maybe you can spend time reflecting on the relationship. I'm sure you'll see all of the warning signs. I've been reflecting on my past relationship, and I'm seeing many signs I ignored. Did your boyfriend dump you in an e-mail or text? Link to comment
Mustang
I know the feeling. I'm a hell of a lot better than I was. I no longer miss my ex or want her back but I still get upset and angry about how she ended things with me. She lied, cheated and made everything out to be fault to cover up the fact that she dumped me to be with someone else (if she wasn't already with him) and still hasn't had the bottle to admit to me that she's with him even though we are "friends". She can't because she knows she's in the wrong. Link to comment
