skyjuice
Hi I just finish an interview. The probability to get hired is not high. The interviewer actually ask how much is my performance bonus, and have I achieved the department target. They also asked whether I request for transfer. I said no because a few of them have applied but not successful as branch not willing to release staff. Past performance actually affect future employment. If you leave a company, leave at good terms and ask for letter of recommendations to support your job application. Apart from that, help your company to achieve target so that when you jump over, at least you get better chances. Link to comment
