Do guys tease women that they aren't interested in?This guy I know always takes the liberty of teasing me when we are around other people. He will tease me about everything from my accent to my habits...not in a mean way,of course.When we are alone he is much more serious with me...but the teasing is very noticeable when we are around our friends. Is he interested?How can i tell if he is teasing because he is friendly or is trying to flirt with me?

Hard to say; but it's a good sign. However, I like to tease (non-mean) girls that I'm comfortable around, but don't have any romantic interest in.
