GHdancer Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 OK well here it goes wen i very first met my ex i knew it was love at first sight and i fell for him so hard, and ye it was a long distance relationship but our hobbies brought us 2geva at least every week and we spent weeks and weekends 2geva so we did each ova alot. And we wer really in love but we broke up den afew months after got bk 2 geva den broke up for bout a year but we have always been flirty and all over each other wen we were 2geva. Well at a Festival we had a fling and he also had a gf which i was naughty i know but he sed he was going 2 finish her which he did and we got bk 2geva but then he asks if we can wait abit which i sed ye fair enuff then he's bk wid his ex, yet he is still telling me he loves me and wants 2 b wid me but can't :S. However he has finished wid his ex now and well he keeps saying i can't wait till i c u again which neiva can i but he went out on a date 2day and was telling me about it and i c green im so jealous of dis gal lol. I have neav eva fell out of love with guy i am head over heel sfor him and wud du anyfink 4 him he is perfect da only. i have no idea wat 2 du i can't let him go please help me thanx Link to comment

Tell him you've been in love with him all this while and that's he's dragging you through the dirt. If he's not understanding, or he says he is, but continues to hurt you, you need to start no contact with him. Tell him it hurts too much for you to be friends with him right now. It's not going to be easy, but it will take self-control on your part. No more replies to his texts, no more emails...zip. If he loves you, and after a few months go by, maybe he'll come back to you. Maybe he'll miss you, but don't count on it. During the time you spend away from him in NC, do your best to try and move on. You don't have to date anyone, but spend time with friends and family. After a few months go by, try to find someone new. I know you don't want to hear that right now, but you have to listen to reason. That's no way for you to live...to have feelings for someone, but they are unrequited and he keeps hurting you. You need to tell him how you feel, then go NC if he won't work with you. Good luck! He's perfect, but he'll cheat on his girlfriend with you, tell you that he wants to be with you, then go back to his girlfriend (or likely have never left her) and tell you that he "can't" be with you? Reality check. If he'll do it with you, he'll do it TO you. So are you okay with being in a relationship with a guy who you know has cheated on his girlfriend and then strung the girl he was having an affair with along? Why do you feel like you can't let him go? This sentiment and the insistence that he is perfect both worry me, because they're not healthy outlooks. How much time have you spent together in person?
