sorry for being unclear.

a friend of my best friend had that as his screen name. she asked me what i thought he meant by it. i have no clue and thought it was kinda interesting. wanted to see what others thought. that's all

I would say that while all these 'personalities' are from the same person, they all play different roles in what she means to him in his life. Some times she's his friend, other times she's his lover....but all of these things are wrapped up into one women.

It could mean that he does have four different actual women, but their personalities are very similar - then the 'yet I am thought to have too many lovers' would have some sort of sense. But then again - who knows?!
