KG
Yes, we may get together again. To finish our lists! Question is, should I stay with the program, shopping and lunch, my treat this time, or should I vary it somehow. I like this woman, she's cool and laid back, and don't want to spoil it, but don't want to get boring either. Any suggestions? Thanks, KG Link to comment
JeckyllNHyde
i think you should continue just being you (i know it sounds so cliche) but if you guys had a nice time last time and she wants to do it again then you must have done something right. i think stick to the plan and hey along the way if you see something you guys can do or think of something like seeing a movie or play go for it. or maybe you can use this second date to lead onto a dinner date or something. Good luck! Link to comment

Thanks, KG I think you should do whatever you think she will feel comfortable with you doing. Does she know you are into her? If yes, then go ahead, treat her to lunch, but if she insists, than you really shouldn't push the issue. Us women, pick up clues from little things like "buying us lunch" and "holding the door". You don't want to her to suspect you are coming onto her, too fast. Just play it cool-go with the flow eventually she'll make a move Link to comment
KG
Fruitylips, She bought lunch last time, saying it was even cuz we took my truck! I'm guessing lunch was around $35.00, and NO WAY did we use that much gas! I couldn't talk her out of it, I paid the tip!~ BTW, when I offered to walk accross the parkinglot, get the truck, and come back to pick up her and her packages, ( was snowing like blazes ), she said, "what am I, the Princess? LOL!! It's in my manners to do those things, and hold open doors. Link to comment

I'm not sure about the connection...I think it's 2 lonely spouses trying to deal with what life has handed us, at the holidays. Beyond that, not sure. Not getting my hopes up, but not dismissing them either. Trying to take enjoyment one moment at a time. Thanks, OLG! Link to comment

KG
We both have kids at home, hate to leave unattended for long. I'm keeping the Santa thing in my hat tho...might be the right kind of "cheesy". I yelled "Hello" to Santa at the mall, she thought it was funny! Link to comment
