Reconciled and spent time together

Things are starting to look up for me now and i'm glad. I reconciled with my girlfriend and we spent a whole day together.

 

Now i have a question.

 

Everytime we're not together I miss her and I love her even more, but when we're together it's like i act different and it doesn't feel that way.

 

Is it because there's no reason to miss her or all that stuff, because she's by my side? I don't know if i'm explaning this correctly or what, but yeah. Anyone who feels this way, i'd like some ideas on why I feel this way

It's that whole cliche: "you don't know what you had till it's gone" which is so so true.

Besides, she is your first love right?

So the thought of losing her must be scary to you. And when you finally get her back it's like: "is this all there is?"

It's because you where just wanting her back so so bad... then when you finally get it, the chase is over and it's a bit blah.

Yeah I missed my ex so much until lately...
