I wanna know

So my Boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years. Not a whole lot of time, but we spend every night together and we finally said 'I love you' after a year and a half of being together. We have been through a lot, love each others families, know each other better than we know ourselves, and even have a future planned! To start that 'future' together we would like to get married and move out of state. Problem is I wanna know when I can start thinking as that future plan as a near-future plan. Basically when about does he wanna get engaged. We talk about everything.....but I just can't get up teh courage for some reason to ask that straight out....any suggestions?

Have you ever talked about your relationship goals with one another? Do you know if he wants to get married 'someday', regardless of whether it is with you or not?

 

Does he know that you would like to be married someday?

 

I think after 2 years together you would have talked about this at least in the hypothetical sense.
