how do you get into the position to do a 69. I mean i know the position, but i would like it to be a bit spontanious when me and my boyfriend do it. I know he'd be up for it, as he's licked me out and at the beginning of the relationship he mentioned it, but i said i would never, i also said i'd never let him lick me out lol

I think it depends on who's gonna be top/bottom.

If your on top just turn to face his feet and there you go.

to the OP - 69 can be done sideways lying down, up against a wall, standing (obviously the guy holding her up), and lying down on one on top of the other. i don't think there are many more options. of course variations of those too.
