sooky Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 hello all! i recently booked a one way ticket to move to the fella's country - ending more than two years of living on opposite sides of the world... unfortunately, we have been distant with eachother lately (rather, he's been distant with me, so i have found myself becoming distant in response - there's only so much effort one can make!) and i know that right now i feel like i need all the love and affection i can get to remind myself why i'm packing up and leaving all the good stuff here at home. its 8 months or so before i move...so i think we should still be at the excited 'it's finally going to happen' stage. but it doesnt feel that way. we did have a long chat about it earlier, and he admitted to feeling scared about the hugeness of this move. i guess what i'm asking is, how can we be scared together? i figure, if we're scared together, we'll be able to remind eachother why we're together and then we can get excited together... i just dont quite know how to make that happen...?
