If it were me I would leave it be - it wasn't even sent just to you.

 

I know it hurts to get reminders like this - they take you back to what you used to do, but you just need to try and get through this tuff time.

Probably best not to respond since it was not a personalized email. I wouldn't get bent out of shape about it, however. Just take it in the spirit it was meant...just someone wishing everyone she knows a Happy Thanksgiving.

If it's a mass email, the only response she should get from you is a mass email, as well.

Just so you know I sent Thanksgiving greetings to people I care about.

 

So at least she doesnt hate you and feels warm rather than coldly.
