Only make a move on them if you get signs?

Yo,

I was wondering if it's a waste of time making a move on a girl if you don't get any signs at all ie; they don't bother to get to know you, no talking, no smiling etc etc...

 

Because if a girl is interested in you they give you some subtle hints right, but if there not giving you subtle hints then it's a waste of time to get to try to get to know her right? Because she's obviously not interested.

Just because a girl is not giving you the signs that you perhaps are looking for, does NOT mean that she isn't interested. What kind of signs are you giving her? If you are playing the same game she is by not being forthcoming with flirtations actions toward her, than she might be wondering the same things you are!

well, that's really hard to say. You've left a lot out. Is it someone new you've just met or is it someone you've known a while? Sometimes WE don't pick up on signals. Women are just as afraid of rejection as men. If I were you, I'd do a little flirting and see what comes of that. What's the worst that could happen if you simply said " Ya know, I really like your company... would you like to grab a bite to eat?" Nothing will ever come of it, if someone doesn't try at all! If she says no - you won't have to wonder any more! (but just to be honest - I'd never go out with someone who referred to himself as "rick-o-sicko" LOL!
