jeffiction45 Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 First off, sorry about my english. I'm estonian and have learned english but the grammar isn't good. Sorry. Me and my girlfriend have been in a relationship for almoust 2 years now. On the 22th it's going to be 2 years. We have always been in a relationship where we see eachother almost everyday and have an amazing sexlife. Ok, that was before this summer... we just changed. We are young and I understand that people change. It's getting harder and harder for us to be in a relatsionship, we have much much less time for eachother, we don't communicate so much anymore. I think that other couples would have broken up much earlier. I love her, she loves me - when we still can call this love, maybe not... we care for eachother, but as i said, we have changed and we just don't fit together anymore. The actual reason for this topic is that i just can't accept that the best thing to do is to break up. So i hope you all here just say some words, your opinion, maybe something that will help me. I have thought that we should bare it to the 22th so that we would remember that we were together 2 years. She has has told me that she wants a present from me that she can remember, that she can look on or wear and remember the times we had. Although she does not say it out loud that she knows we have to break up, i know she knows and that is why she wants something she can remember. I'm thinking off giving her a ring, earrings or a necklace - gold. Please replay, even when you do not have something to say ^^
FortunateOne Posted October 1, 2007 Posted October 1, 2007 How old are you both? What type of social background do you share? What's you belief in marriage?
Momene Posted October 2, 2007 Posted October 2, 2007 There are many similar threads on here. My best guess is that you are more in love with the companionship and sex than her as a person. I know this sounds critical but I've been there myself. If you split, within a year you'll probably wonder why you stayed together so long.
