I have heard of people doing this, and I also heard you could basically purchase sex from there as well.. I don't know if that is true, but it is like the internet form of pimps and hos.

I thought Craigslist was shady too...until I found my last job and two of my latest apartments on it. Then I had several friends find long term significant others on Craigslist, who weren't any crazier or skeevier than those they picked up at bars or concerts...so apparently Craigslist is just where it's at these days, no matter what you're looking for.
