I got a couple buddies that are trying to break into the MMA circut and they are always willing to get in the ring with me. something about hitting someone and getting hit back clears my mind and releases my stress. if you don't have any friends that are that type or don't feel like taking on another person...then get some training gloves and go beat the crap out of a heavy bag. I can promise you that if you sit there and punch on that thing for 15 minutes you will be wore out and totally forget about whats botherin ya Link to comment
