if you're talking about your penis, yes 8" is very good (except in the rare case where a girl has small features...)

 

However a couple things:

 

1) It doesn't get bigger as you get older.

how do u find girth?

piece of string. wrap it at base. mark said string. compare it to a ruler.

 

take that number divide it by 6.28 and thats the radius. times that by 2 and thats the diameter

How isnt it? If circumference=2 pi r. then r=circumference divided by 2 pi(or 6.28). Granted it only works on circles and a penis isn't exactly circular but you can get an idea.
