I threw up a ad on craigslist stating what I was looking for and got a response from a really nice girl it seems. We exhanged a few emails, I asked for her number and we have exchanged a few texts and calls over the past couple days. She seems like a really nice and smart girl and I don't want to mess this up. We live about a 1/2 hour from each other and its funny cuz we know a bunch of the same people so theres a good start. I am gonna drive down and meet her for dinner and a drink or two afterwards. Hit me with some positive advice on playing it cool. Peace

So I met up with her last night and it went pretty good I think. I thought it was going to be a disaster and I was really nervous for some reason but it was good. Went out to eat and talked for a while then she asked if I wanted to continue the date somewhere else. I said no doubt and we went someplace else for a lil while. I started picking on her and telling her jokes. She was def smiling alot but thats about the only body language i could pick up. I think there was some attraction too since we were busting em on each other the whole night.

 

End of the date I gave her a hug and she thanked me for everything saying she had fun. I said we should go out again soon and she told me to call her. Got home and she had texted me thanking me again and saying she had fun.

Yeah, it sounds like she's interested...but don't read too much into it.

 

My only suggestion is next time keep the date shorter, it will keep her wanting more. When she asked you to continue the date, you should of thanked her but told her next time would be better.

I waited a day and called , left a message and didn't get a reply till the next morn by text saying she was going away and would hit me up when she got back. I replied saying that sounded good and to have fun. Haven't heard anything since then and would have really liked to talk to her more but I guess I'm left wondering.
