After an awesome day out with him, just chillin and talkin, eating etc my boyfriend smsed me at night (while i was asleep) and told me that if i mouthed the word "colourful" in the mirror, id know how he really feels about me. Mouthing "colourful" makes it look like "i love you". To confirm it i asked mum, and she said yea, and then asked my bro and his friends to say it (without telling them why hahaha) and 1 of the friends was like..."oh i get it! its like you're saying i love you!" yea....so is it just me and the friends who think that...."colourful" really in this case means "i love you"? He hasn't really said those three words to me...i think he's scared of what i might/might not say back...whats do you guys think?

if he loves you, he should just say "I love you" instead of trying to mess around with these games...

Play dumb, but be playful. Let him know you tried it and you think it might mean something really good, but you are not quite so sure. Maybe you'll need him to refine that in the future. Indicate you might have similar feelings, if you knew what it really meant.

well this is technically the 2nd time...the 1st time he sent an sms after another fun night with "colourful" at the end but i thought it may have been somethin to do with an emoticon thing that didnt show up on my mobile. so i didn question it. This time he said and its a quote "if you mouth the word "colourful" in the mirror, ull know how i really feel about you" i think hes just being playful and a lil shy....i might use the olivejuice or elephantjuice on him hahaha see how he reacts...im seeing him tomorrow night...maybe ill write it/tell him then

I think its really cute. You should defintely throw an OliveJuice back at him to see how he reacts, but I think he's just shy. Playing the game back at him will help pull him out of his shell and give you a great inside joke for your relationship.

yes i would use the elephant juie one and send him an sms the way he did you and then maybe he will say it, either that or when you are both alone lean in to kiss him and when you have kissed him tell him that you love him because it is pretty obvious that he wants to tell you but he just cant

huh? confused now LOL its been a while now HAHAH well seems like a while. what do you mean by what u said altruist? we are approaching our 5th month soonish and i threw at him a couple of days ago via sms "olive juice" so we will see where it heads lol
