I just looked online for some pilates excercises...I just have to find the motivation to do it, lol. I stopped drinking soda for two months (march & april) then I started to occasionally drink it again. I notice now how bad soda really is for you! From when I went off it to when I was drinking it and I mean WOW! You lose weight almost instant! It's so bad for you!!! So I've stopped drinking it again, so im hoping that will help a little. zachiphus
maybe u should go to a gym. Start lifting and it will help tone up the arms, it's good anaerobic exercise so it speeds up your metabolism and u will probably lose that little extra weight. and don't worry about lifting making u bulky, that usually only happens when u eat tons of carbs and protein. do u eat 3 regular meals a day? if so then i would recommend eating 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism steady, as opposed to the 3 meals your metabolism slows down every time u get hungry, which means less weight loss. and make sure to have something small for dinner since after dinner is when u r probably least active. if possible do some cardio in the morning when your glycogen levels are low and after that has been used up your body automatically targets your body fat for energy. smart choice on dropping the soda and going more water. i practically immediately noticed a difference after doing that. don't drink as much alcohol if u do drink, lots of carbs especially in beer. hope u can use at least one of those to help u out. bubblyblonde11
It's the fizz makes you bloated. So not actaully making you fat just enlarging your tummy temporarily. Link to comment
