Hey all, I've got a problem. My best friend/lover is away in California. He's in the marine corps. We've been friends for 3 years, and have confessed our crushes to one another just within the last 6 months. The other night when we were getting ready to hang up on the phone, I said I love you, which we've said a million times to one another. He didn't say he loved me back, he just said I miss you. What gives? Anyone have any ideas as to why he wouldn't say he loved me back like usual?
