well if u want upper back and back musles, u would need to use free weights, stand with ur back straight feet as far as ur shoulders , DO NOT SLOUCH. Get 2 free weights, at ur side in each hand and lift them like ur flapping wings or something up and down, do them slowwwly, it will burn like heck but thats how u know its working. U should use enuf weight to which u can ONLY do like 8-12 repitions on the last 2-3 when u feel like u cant lift anymore do some negatives, this is where u bring the weight up slowly and let it down slowly, count to 8 on each motion. This works , foreal u will see a big diffrence in 2-3 months if done regularly, ur back will BE RIPPPPPED!!. As for lower back i would do situps, on a incline with some weight on ur chest with ur arms crossed. INTENSTIY is the key to getting any kind of musle whether it be mass, or definition. good luck. Also drink LOTS OF WATER all day anytime u think u can put some in u.

well, i like petite chicks so i think small gurls are soooo cute. but if u wanna gain some weight eat lots of carbs, stay away from fatty foods and stuff with lots of cholesterol. Try eating rice, alot of rice , u might also want to hit the gym, buy some good quality whey protien, from like GNC and do some leg work . do diffrent types of stuff such as using free weights for ur arms and do leg press, and squats(barbell with some weight on ur shoulders behind u, u squat down with ur butt stickin out and knees bended), work out every other day. You will be lookin Fly in no time

Ok this kinda long but i need to sum up everything thats gone on in the past year, and would like to know if u think i did things right and if u were this girl would u have gotten the message cuz i dont know if she has, or just does not feel the same about me. This girl who i been talking to, came to me and was like my hands are cold and held them out to me, i took her hands in mine and rubbed them slowy and looked her in the eyes, she looked back at mine , but the way she looked back at me made me want to melt its like her eyes were smiling at me it was such a heated moment. This is what got me fallin for her , shes so gorgeus and with a GREAT personality. Anyways i wanted to show her i was intrested , so we talked and such skipped class just so we could talk we got real close and such. Christmas came around and i bought her a massive teddy bear, and she was in love with it and said she was going to name it after me. SHe cuddled with it in class and continually looked at me smiling. Valentines day, i got her another MASSIVE bear and chocolates, and roses. In class she walked up behind me and whisperd in my ear she said "thank u" softly with kind of a sexual tone. I turned my head and i was going to hug her but i notcied she was still very close she was also leaning in. In my head i was thinkin shew wanted to be kissed but i didnt know what do so i just smiled and turned around again. Anyways her birthday is coming up soon, and we are about to graduate, im plannin on getting her a kitten and tying a note to its neck with this sentence on a card. " its not my fault i fell in love, U tripped me" im skared to lose her, cause i think she thinks i wasnt intrested in her so now i want to make SURE SHE KNOWS im like in love with her. If u were a girl, and a guy did this stuff for u What would YOU think and also do u think that the kitten is a good idea. Her kitty died and she was very sad about it so that is why im getting her a kitten. It depends on how she is to me, like how long we have known each other , and if i care about that person, i been crushin on this one girl, no excuse me, i been IN LOVE with this girl for 2 Years almost, and i know i got a long ways to go before i can get her outta my head, i think about her ALL day everyday. When i see stuff that reminds me of her, see girls that look like her so yah it can be a short time or long time depends on how u well u know that person and how strongly u feel.

im sorry to hear that, i know what ur going through, i am going through almost the same thing. I was talking to this one girl for about 2 years, and we got really close last year and i was almost positive shel liked me, she even asked ME out a 3 times, but every time she did she canceld or just wasnt there when i called her to go out. After about october of last year she changed or something, and it feels diffrent between us, its like shes not trying to get with me anymore, when i see her and i pretend not to see her she doesnt go up to me anymore to talk, she used to always bump me or run her hands through my hair and grab my butt and stuff but she stopped doing that. It sucks now and i feel like we broke up even though we were never together. All i can say is dont do what i did and just let her go, without a fight.

I think i have lost this one girls interest in me, i waited to long to do anything and now it feels so diffrent between us. Whoa, i am in same boat as u almost exact same problem, i feel were u coming from i been doing same things as u , i started ignoring her trying to see if she would still attempt to come to me and talk. I couldnt tell u what to do cause i guess i could say i feel the same way u do right now i tried to get her and it didnt work. If i could put my feelings into words as best as i could at teh moment i would have to put them as. I had her in my arms and then i just LET someone take her from me without a fight. Hey bro, my name is Leon i am 17 and currently a senior at winter park high school in florida. I was in the same situation not so long ago. One question i had to ask my self first was will this relationship last, or will it just ruin our friendship do u truly have that strong feelings torward this person? Do u think it will work? u gotta ask ur self these questions first before u try and move on. Obviously she has romantic feelings torward u. If so, ask her if she wants to be with you ,why are u still with ur boy friend do u still love him? see what she says. If she breaks up with him for you then go for it. i mean im just putting in my two cents i dont know how it is between u 2 but this was how it was with me and this one chick. Give it some time see what develops but at the moment it seems like the right time. If an oppurtunity arose like this with this girl saying she woud "DO MORE" i probally woulda ripped off her clothes and destroyed her. I must give u Props on ur desicion to back down on the kiss.
