    DAY 1...all over again. So I've been on a mix of LC and NC. And 3 months after the break up, my ex tried to talk to me again. Bad idea. I ended up relapsing all over again but I have to say it's nowhere as bad as the beginning. It just made me feel down all day but I'm okay now. Going strict NC now!!!

    I forgot the exact day I started but I'll assume... Day 33? It's called NC for a reason.

    I'm a believer in NC/LC after I unintentionally started it a few weeks ago. Too bad I couldn't post on here since Day 1. So here goes! Week 5/Day 45- For the first time ever, I thought my ex was looking kind of gross and ugly today when I saw him. It looked like he hadn't showered in days or was drugged up
