My ex narcissist has moved on and found someone else within weeks after he broke up with me. I requested politely but firmly to cut all the contact with me after he tried several times to "talk" and convince me that we should remain "friends". Recently I received a text from a my ex wishing me a happy birthday. Day 15. I wish I could say thank you but that would only be a supply reaction to someone like him. Nothing else. I won't give in. Right?
