I would take it as a compliment. It shows you the guy actually feels something for you so you don't have to feel insecure (sometimes the kisss isn't enough). I reckon you can stop it being awkward by making a joke about it (also helps any post kiss awkardness).

I had the same problem aswell and used to try and hide it with black clothes/ jumpers etc. But i use a overnight deodrant - PrespireX - and it actually works really well and i only have to use it twice a week.
