  1. Dont cut yourself... It doesnt really help you: you cut yourself, you bleed and you feel sad again. Instead try to get a hobby/job. That way you get your mind off cutting.
  2. Finda friend who will listen to your problems. Make sure you find someone that actually will listen and help you. Dont get a friend that just says "I understand" cause they dont know what to say, they'll be just a drag.
  3. Don't shoot yourself, you might die and go to a worse place or you might survive and feel even more pain. Also, try hanging out with your friends. Friends (good friends) can help you get through hardships.
