  1. He's just not that into you. Let him go and say good riddence.
  2. I've got several, and they always shaved the area first, didn't matter where it was......As for bandages, I had one tat guy tell me to take it off after an hour, and another said after 2 hours. Been told to use antibiotic cream by one, A&D ointment by another. It ALL seemed to work out just fine.
  3. Talk to him! Men and women are so different when it comes to sex. He doesn't know what he doesn't know.
  4. Ordered the DVD after seeing it on Oprah (only paid $25.00 btw). Found that show to have many 'ah ha' moments for me. A LOT of the things they discussed I've been practicing for years, (which I learned in AA & practicing the 12 Step program)........ my life is a good one all ready so hoping "The Secret" will just improve things even more.
  5. That was my first thought when I read the title.
  6. You just haven't gotten over him yet.........give it more time........btw; my ex married & divorced TWO women who looked just like me! ewww....
  7. "There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance - that principle is contempt prior to investigation." -Herbert Spencer
  8. We ARE more emotional.......... Why Women Cry A little boy asked his mother, "Why are you crying?" "Because I'm a woman," she told him. "I don't understand," he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will." Later the little boy asked his father, "Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?" "All women cry for no reason," was all his dad could say. The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry. Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on the phone, he asked, "God, why do women cry so easily?" God said: "When I made the woman she had to be special. I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet gentle enough to give comfort. I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children. I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining. I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly. I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart. I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly. And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed." "You see my son," said God, "the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides." * * * ~ author unknown ~
  9. If someone is an anthiest then why even ask the question? or consider an answer to it? .... when the word sin is used, religion can not be left out of the argument.
  10. Guess I am blessed. Not only do I make an excellent income and have the best benefits, I also love my job, however, I work to live, I don't live to work.... and btw; in my neck of the woods, the police don't make squat, some of the teachers care but some don't and if a doctor doesn't care about patients, then I won't be one!
  11. I hope he has found a support group or rehab to help with his addiction. I commend him for the effort but it's unlikely he can just 'quit'.....I'd suggest looking into NA for yourself. The more information you have about addiction, the better you can help yourself and him. Good luck to you both.
  12. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem...... Suicide is murder (self-murder). As such, it is forbidden by God. Exodus 20:13 Deuteronomy 5:17
  13. When it comes to health issues, my advice is always, see a doctor.
  14. Sounds like self esteem issues, I'd look into this a little deeper....Good luck to you.
  15. Well, I don't know for sure. Spotting does happen sometimes during pregnancy. But I'd get it checked out, just to be safe.
  16. Why not try watching porn WITH him?
  17. It's a natural feeling. Feel it, then let it go! ...When we continue to harbor anger toward another we are only hurting ourselves.......It's like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die!....Things you can do instead; Call some friends. Go shopping. Read a book. Meditate. Pray.
  18. Probably nothing to worry about. Just 'rubbed yourself raw'
  19. Nope! You're not over reacting. Sounds like the beginning stages of abuse to me. If you allow it to continue it will get worse.
  20. You said "I KNOW this man; I do. And he's not the "casual relationship" type deal, and I can't stress enough how willingly committed he (especially) and I both are."..... Apparently there's something about him that makes you think he's so shallow as to dump you over academia?
  21. Don't take it personally. Men are visual creatures.
  22. You can't MAKE it happen. Either they are, or they aren't! btw; she's not the only one. Many women do not have sensitive nipples.
