  1. Figure this out for yourself, it's for body fat, it will do a better job of seeing what is really healthy for you in particular. 1. (Total body weight x 0.732) + 8.987 2. Wrist measurement (at fullest point) / 3.140 3. Waist measurement (at naval) x 0.157 4. Hip measurement (at fullest point) x 0.249 5. Forearm measurement (at fullest point) x 0.434 Then add up the 5 of those to find your Lean Body Mass. 6. Total bodyweight - Lean Body Mass And last, 7. (Body Fat Weight x 100) / total bodyweight. That is your body fat percentage. Here's a little chart, I cut out the Men's side because it's irrelivant. Classification Women (% fat) Essential Fat 10-12% Athletes 14-20% Fitness 21-24% Acceptable 25-31% Obese 32%+ It isn't weight, but it is more particular than guesses and the BMI charts.
  2. Start with something small, you seem to be fine talking on the internet, so just talk to people on the internet, then move up to phone, then back to person to person.

  5. Fill a long sock with raw (hard) rice, then tie a knot at the opening of it. Put it in the microwave until it's hot. Then put it around your neck.

  7. Alright, I just got braces put in a few days ago. The teeth in my top jaw are narrower than the teeth in my bottom jaw. I got a bracket on the top of my mouth that pushes against the inside of most of my teeth, trying to push them out to match with the bottoms. It also keeps me from using the roof of my mouth. So here's my problem. It's extremely painful to eat. The bracket cut my tongue, and the rest of my teeth are just very tender and sore. I cant bite with my front teeth, because they are worse than any of my other teeth. So does anyone have any tips on eating until I get used to having these?
  8. Every night before you go to bed, get a smal towel or something and soak it in hot water, squeeze it out, and rub your face with it. It will get all of the days dirt off of your face so it can't make new blemishes on your face. It will also make your skin really smooth. Also, when you wash your face, wash with hot water, and rinse with cold. It will close up the pores in your skin for you after you cleaned it all up.
