So do you guys think that it is worth pursuing? Or should I move on?

There is this girl that I work with and me and her have always gotten along really well since the first day she has started. We flirt at work all the time and everything seems good. I took her out to dinner and it was very nice and when I dropped here off we kissed and said goodnight. So I'm pretty sure that she likes me, here is the catch, she is always talking about how she has been with a lot of guys (15 to be exact) and talks a lot about her ex's. She also said to me last night that if her ex wanted to take her back that she would go back with him. That was something that I really didnt want to hear because I really like this girl. What do you guys think I should do?
