I have just been given 'Pyridoxine' for pmt.this is a b6 formula i think........what effects are you getting as you didnt say in yr last post????????

My advice is try and cut him off even though you care deeply.pretend you dont, try to have no contact, get someone else to take the children to him......let him wonder what yr upto, spend time with friends, go out, date again....blank him, he will soon be wondering. I hope he gets what he deserves. Karma will get him.

Im another one who totaly understands what is going on here......i have tried hypnotherapy..self help books,but today i just cried all day, i even took a sleeping tablet to knock my self out for a few hrs so i didnt go through it all in my head again and again, checkin my e-mails, looking at my mob to see if the if he has rang only to have a sinking feeling when i realise HE WONT RING!!! HE DOSE NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT ME!!!, my eyes are puffy, my heart has broken...all my positive thoughts have gone....SOZ.Im not being much help am i ????? Its gonna take time....all i know is every one goes through this at some stage....i just hope my new love when i find him is the one for ever cause i dont wanna feel like this EVER again..its worst than tooth-ache and ear-ache put together!!!

I have the same old thing going on....change yr numbers and contact details.......i think mine has really done the all time worst thing this time to me so no going back.hehas ripped my heart into and is going abroad with a new girl!!!!! I wont EVER spk to him again (but i will be tempted ;-0..its sooooo hard) I want some peace and im sure you do, it all takes so much energy which we could putt into other things or people who are worth it....good luck.

Oh my god....this is the same as what im going through except its now over and he has moved on, i have no advice apart from i know how you feel, just totally cut her out of yr life....DO NOT GIVE HER ANY OF YR TIME OR THOUGHT.ITS HER LOSS!!!!!!!
