Yesterday, i saw this site where u can buy a star on sum1's name.. link removed i could buy her that but 2 things are bothering me.. 1)is it right - as in, can i send it as a friend??? and 2)is it gud??? - cuz it doesnt go in the "official" records but its still in the cosmos records and gets published every year... soo.. any help would be nice..

just put everything - all thoughts of his reactions - aside... sont think about him being mean or others hearing.. seriously thats the best and easiest way to do it... though if its a local bus (ie. sum days there are more and sum days less people on it), than try to do it when they're not that many.. it'll just help ur nerves.. i was in that situation for about 6 months until last month, i just told myself theres nothing to lose and when she was sitting alone (there were some ppl at the back of the room but she wasnt wuith any1), i just went up to her and had a chat.. turns out she already has a boyfriend so i'm trying to be friends with her now.. trust me, its not common for a guy to be approached so if u do it, i am sure u wont be disappointed (unless he's not interested)..

well, she likes design technology and since she will be taking product design next year at uni, i could get her something for that.. but i dont really know what she might need.. i could try to ask her in an unsuspicious way, but any ideas?? if there are any design people here?? i dont mind if its expensiive.. cuz stuff like that is usually not cheap..

a friends birthday is cuming up and i am lost as to what to get.. i like her and she knows it.. but she has a boyfriend and they are really happy together and i want it to stay that way.. this will also be a sort of a goodbye present since after her birthday, we only have a month before we will leave for universities - which are like on the opposite ends of the world.. i have only been talking to her fora month now so we're not that close but i still want it to be a gift she will remember.. i was thinking some jewelry(mecklace, earrings.. with a stone or something) but she might take that (or her bf) as a sign that i want to be with her.. (i have told a mutual friend that i juts want to be friends so she does know it...)....

theress this girl in my school.. ive talked to her briefly so far.. she knows i like her and i sent her a white rose on valentines.. but its not really like that.. cuz she has a bf (of 2 years - almost) and theyre pretty happy together.. so, i told a mutual friend yesterday that i sent a white flower cuz i just want to be friends and i really do.. of course the mutual frind told her but we havent seen each other yet?? the thing is, what should i talk to her about?? to make it seem as if i am just looking for frindshp.. should i go into personal stuff (like family, her bf, uni nxt year.) or am i not in the right place to do that??? and what else should i talk about to give the idea that we can be friends?? oh, and since she knows i like her, can i talk about the past??? stuff like "i used to like u but now i guess we hve same feelings" obviiously not those words but sumthing like that??

she si not being unfaithfull to her bf - as in we aernt doing anything wrong.. we just talk a bit. but i cant stop reaching out and touching her (only patting - not serious touching..) and she just sort of takes it but she hasnt reached out towarsds me.. but, like i said, i'm happier as a friend..

basically, it started a crush a few years ago.. we got a little closer in the past few months and i though i loved her with everything i had.. but she was with a bf (and still is..) and though we didnt talk about it, she knew that i knew about her bf.. but now, i just dont know why, i am starting to hate her sooo dam much that i dont even know what i may do... its not cuz of not being together.. i am ok with being friends, butshe doesnt talk as much,,,

1: what could you say to a friend (girl) on a valentine card.. i ask bcz i have only actually been talking to her for a couple of weeks but she knows i liked her last year (i told her that i liked her but he had a bf so it didnt work out..) - though i like her mostly as a friend now and want to tell her that...

just found out she's still with her bf.. so i guess i'll send a carnation (white..) but i dont really know what to say on it bcz i want to let her know that we can still be friends...

we've been in the same school for 4 years.. last year i told her i liked her but we didnt do anything.. (she was with a bf then) but now, we've started talking sonce last week and the first talk we had, she kept saying she didnt like school adn had nothing to do on the weekend.. at the time, i i wanted to but thought it was too soon to ask her out so just brushed it aside. this week, we had another small chat but there were long sliences,, she also kept looking away.. now its got me wondering,.. should i have asked her out when she said there was nothing to do on the weekend..?? should i do it now??

please post on any topic that you talk to with your partner.. could be anything from "how was your weekend" to "so, how'd u like the new teacher we have for math?"... i am asking this because when i am talking to a girl (umm, just one - we both sort of have a crush on each other...), and everything is fine except that we run out of things to talk about.. might be that we just get nervous but my brain just completey blanks out and i cant think of what to say.. so i thought if there were different ideas in my head, it will make it easier...](*,) (oh, and we just started talking last week so dont kow a lot about each other...) so say anything you would talk about to a girl (could be the other way as well.. just a convo..)

By sending a rose to a girl, does it mean that YOU ABSOLUTELY LIKE HER, OR, can it also be as a sign of friendship.. ccuz i 'm in this situation... been trying to get to talk to a girl for over a yaer and finally, last week, we had a chat.. basically,. i like her (as a person mostly - not so much as love-if that makes sense) and though she had a bf last year, i am pretty sure, she is single ri8 now (though i wouldnt say for sure.. - i heard she still talks to him even though he's left school..- could be friends..) anyway, i had given her a christmas present last month, and ever since after that, she has started to talk to me..( the present was a watch..), for which she thanked me the nxt day and told me that she liked it.. wel, last week we saw each other after a month's holiday and when we talked (just the 2 of us), she spoke pretty normallly.. (laughed here and then and talked bout her holiday and exams and stuff..) the thing is valentines day is cuming up and i dont know what to do.. i would be quite happy with a relationship that stays as friendship and nothing more.. but by giving her a flower, will she take it differently??? or what type of flower should i give her?? (isnt a red for love and pink for friends of sumthing like that??)

i was wondering what are the most common lines after "hi" / "how are you".. in a conversation with sum1 you dont know really well, but u're both interested in each other..

robowarrior, i get it, but thats the thing i'm not shy aroud any1 excpet her.. and its not really shyness.. more like nervous.. and i just seem to avoid her everytime there seems to be a chance to say sumthing.. by turning away or just not looking her way...

I've been reading so many similar stories yet i still cant get over it.. Basically, there's this girl i like (a lot) and recently she has started to show interest by her being first to say hi, smiling and waving from a distance.. (She knows i like her.. - i told her a few months ago but she was seeing sum1 else at the time) I've tried to talk to her but cannot manage more than a hi back and then i just cant say anything else - though i find the perfect line to say a few seconds after she goes... ( if that make sense..) we're both a little shy (or maybe just nervous??) around each other, though around other people (of opposite genders) i am perfectly normal and i can see her not really as a shy person.. We havent really talked though i gave her a christmas present last month ( a watch) and she told me the next day it was really nice, thanxx... afetr that we had a long christmas break and i only say her yesterday and she said hi while walking by. in this kind of situations, should i ask her out or wait her to do it or just talk a bit to her first.. bcuz we have completely different groups of friends... hope u guyz can help...

I am talking about a “first date”… I always thought a date was when 2 people who like each other go out and get to know each other, but after reading sum stuff on here, I get the idea that its more of a regular thing where any 2 people (even if they have just met and may just be interested in each other) do it and can even end up as friends quite sooon after that first date.. I ask because I’m in a situation, where I like the girl and she has also shown interest in me, but I think she maybe in a relationship right now. She has definitely said and done things to show that we could be at least friends.. and I am actually happier with that, since I wont be seeing her for a few years after this july.. So, any thoughts on how should I let her know we can be friends.. or sumthing.. I’m really lost right now..?(

Guyzz,, SHE KNOWS I LIKE HER AND MY FRIENDS KNOW THAT..!!!????!!!! And tomorrow, there’s a party where I’m not sure if she’s coming or not, but I do know that her best friend (a girl) is definitely coming… As I wont be seeing her for at least 2 weeks after this, I am thinking of talking to her friend, cuz she knows about this as well.. Oh, and btw, I talked to a lot of my friends today and (though they were really shocked I had actually done this), they all thought I should get HER to know me better first and then ask her out… Thats exactly what I'll tell her friend... that i want to hang out with to give her a chance to get to know me and vice versa as well... Hope this is the right thing to do… Unless of course she is there as well, then I hope it wll be our night.. lol

BUT, I ve talked to a couple of friends right now, and are telling me, i should try to get friends and know her better b4 i do that.....
