  1. Personally mouthwashes only helped me initially but all the chemical in those mouthwashes usually made my breath even worse. Sure they may be good for your teeth but it certainly didn't help with my breath. I realised that masking the problem wasn't the solution. Here are some simple steps i took to improve my Bad Breath. Drink 8-10 glasses of Water each day. STOP drinking coffee and alcohol or atleast reduce consumption. I know this sounds too simple but just give it a go. Besided if nothing its good for your health.
