Yes, I just felt that it seemed a lot more straightforward than I thought it would be. I always hear people say that their first sexual experience was awkward and tricky in a lot of ways, but I didn't feel that way at all. But it would make sense that this stuff comes more easily for some people, just like with other things.

I had sex for the first time about a year ago, as a 17-year-old, and that was with a girl who I felt quite comfortable with from the beginning; and one thing that surprised me a bit was how easy everything felt. Sure, I was really nervous the day before our first date, however the actual date never felt tense or awkward at all; we ended up sitting by ourselves in a park, and I suddenly started asking her about a bracelet that she wore on one of her wrists, which gave me a good excuse to touch her, and then we just ended up tongue-kissing right after that, and I instinctively made sure to keep our kissing on a slow and gentle level (in other words, not too quick tongue movements or anything like that). Then a few days later we ended up having sex for the first time, and I think the only part that was a bit awkward was when I tried to put on a condom, which took a few minutes, but other than that, it was very clear that both of us enjoyed the overall experience a lot (she was a very honest person, so she would have likely told me if something was dissatisfying to her), and we met several more times after that. This surprised me a lot, because I had always heard that people found their first sexual dates really awkward and tricky in all kinds of ways. Is this something that some people just find easier than some other people? You know, kinda like some "naturals" become good at a certain skill almost immediately? Because that was basically how I felt - it felt like something that just came by itself, more or less.
