ok how the fk do I get over being jealous of my partners ex??? my partner says that they have dealt with all the issues of their past relationship... but like... I'm not sure. yes ofc, the hurt will always be there, no doubt ab that, but there are comments that are made and little things that make me wonder if they miss their ex or if they would rather them?? I just don't feel good enough.
everything my partner does with me, has done with their ex. my brain is whole load of fkery and it is doing my head in

That really sucks about the previous tenant, but it sounds like you are making great progress! Go you!! I too, often think about flying off the radar and travelling. How fun would it be? Is it something you and your partner would do together? You sound really happy with your partner, which is great. Look after yourself and your mental health, and make sure you're with someone that isnt contributing to your mental helath issues!
