hi everyone and thanks for taking the time to read this! i was just wondering if anyone has tips for when you are very very shy... even painfully shy >> ive always been a little bit shy but sometimes it seems i am just soooo shy... i find it hard talking to teachers sometimes... and for example this one teacher i have .. he is a nice except i just seem to get nervous and shakey just talking to him... and it goes for everything.. ! i find the littlest things so hard.. i know ill always be shy but i just wish i wasnt so shy that it affects everything.... i only talk if talked to and i have lots of nervous habits... i think lots of people think im really weird.. especially at school! sometimes i see people making gestures or signs about me and i know they think i am strange the 2nd thing is i was wondering if it is not normal to never have had a boyfriend... i am turning 18 soon and i am sooooo shy around guys! i have never gone out with anyone and i was wondering if this is weird.. most of my friends have b/fs or have had b/fs but when i have a crush on someone i feel sooo nervous and sick & i cant even look at them ! does this mean there is something wrong withme? anyway.. i am sorry this was so long! thanks for helping me!

hey everyone.. i just wanted peoples advice on something.. theres a guy i really like and have liked for w hile now but ive never had the guts 2 talk to him. its preety stupid .. its preety stupid .. everytime i see him i just kinda freeze and cant do anything we both know each other from elementary school and he lives near me but whenever i see him he just kind of looks away quickly and enevr says anything. a little while ago i passed him in the street i think he kinda was waiting for me to say something ... thats happened a couple of times..i dont know what to do cos im going away soon... what should i do? thanks for your help.! oh yeah another thing.. i dont know if this means anything.. tell me what you think...when we were younger ( elemtary school) there was a party at my house and i saw him and his friend sneaking around in my room. i rushed inside and found this note that said something like ''i like you' ... so i went outside and he was standing with his friend and he kinda said ' it was him i swear' ... i was kinda confused ... i thought it might have just been a prank.. anyway im going on now so yeah... thanks for your help !

hey all i was hoping u could answer a question for me. when someone you like is shy, how do you know if they are sending signals or they just act that like to everyone because they are shy?i.e looking away quickly, etc thanks for your help

hey thanks for your help!! ok umm were both 16. he always skates past my house and he came over to my house once for dinner ( famil y friends). i know hes shy too but im not sure if im reading intoi it too much i.e he might not care at all. when someones looks away or doesnt look at all is that bad? we keep kinda running into each other but it might just mean nothing to him. he skated past my house the other day while i was there.. we both just kinda stared for w hile and didnt say anything but he might just not care... i dont know.... what do i do? if i just suddenly talk to him will he be freaked out?? thanks for your help@!!!!!
