Well it can be alot of things if she hangs out with you and doesn't seem intimate that means either she doesn't like you and is just a friend OR you need to start picking up on signs. No one's going to do it for you.

I just can't get over this girl..I've known her for a freakin year and she has like no idea who i am, I've tryed like everything, I can't even dance with her at a big dance, I don't want miss out on dancing with her at prom night like I asked her to dance and she said she wouldn't dance with me because she didn't know me..If any girls are reading this what does that mean?!
