hey all. well to start off...its bathing suit season which means a new opportunity to pick out in imperfections on my body. yea. when im standing up straight i have this little fat blob, or roll thing under my arm. only on one side. and also my upper back has alot of fat. im not fat, at all actually. but these things just irratate me because it looks bad when i wear the triangle top bathing suits. does anyone know any exersizes to get rid of my back and underarm fat? thanks. xoxo3 me

been there, last year and before, i couldnt get a guy if i tried, mostly because i was sooo shy, and afraid of what everyone thougt of me. this summer i got into my first real reationship, kinda like in grease, summer lovin...lol it was amazing. ok well to make a long story short, i was dating my boyfriend for like 3 months, really short realationship, and during that time i was hanging out with his friends who are all at least 2 years older than me. im 14 they are all 17 and 16. (sounds weird, but there awsome people). When we were dating and i would approched him and his friends, his one friend who thought i was attractive would rush over to me and give me a hug, then carry me over to the other guys. At first i just thought it was to get my boyfriend jelous or angrey or whatever, but even now when we are broken up, this guy still talks to me and hugs me when he sees me in the hallway, even if his is in a conversation! and he always looks rite into my eyes when we r tallking...i love it when guys do this! and last nite he asked me why i dumped my boyfriend, and i told him that i had begun to like someone eles. When i told him this, he wouldnt leave me alone until i told him who it was. at first i just figured he was curious, but it was so repeditive. The truth is, i did begin to like him, but i dont want to date him because he is close to my ex and i dont what to hurt anyone here. so my question is, is he into me, or is he leading me on?

hey ya'll well heres some back round. First day of school (im a freashman) i was soo lost, i was walking around looking for my class and this guy (VERY ATTRACTIVE) comes up and asks if i needed help. and i did, so he showed me to my first class and he offered to carry my books. when i told him i was a freshman he told me he was a junior. ever sense ive seen him in the hallway and he smiles at me or just looks directly into my eyes. When i started dating myt ex...very short realtionship. i noticed him not looking at me as much. I broke up with my boyfriend about two weeks ago...he was a junior too...and now im noticing this guy more often, he comes to the underclassmen side of the loundge and just walks around. and when im walking in the hallway and hes walking toward me in halway with his friends, he will stop in the middle of a sentence to look in my eyes again. i also noticed him doing like a double take kinda thing when he sees me. Hes a really sweet guy and though i dont know if im ready to date again i do want to know if i should get to know him or not. recently my friends have been noticeing him looking at me too. and its kinda nice to know that hes noticing me. but its a little awkward, because girls in his grade notice that hes looking at me too and there so rude to me. so is he into me, or does he just like my looks??? its so frustrating cause people always call me "just another pretty face" but i am so much more!! does he relize this??

I noticed her wearing long pants in the really hot weather and when she came over for a party she went into my pool and i noticed she had scratch marks on the thighs and stomach, like 25 in total? I asked her what they were and why the were there and she said that she was scratching herself and that things werent so good around her home cause of family issues...then she got out of the pool and put her sweats on again...

ok well this is going to sound crazy but here it goes....scratching. yea sounds weird, but i know a few people who are sratching themselfs like not just scratching an itch, but like scratching to the point where they are bleeding. stop and thing about what you did....how can that feel right to you. Alothough stress plays a major role in teens lifes, it should never reach the point where you hurt yourself because of it. some things you should do to better yourself... seek help off, self mutilating is a very serious issue, and altough it may seem like that is the one thing that is keeping you from suicide, the truth is that more ppl who commit suicide previously were self mutalaters. seeing someone about this can work miricles, it may seem awkward at first, but they are there to help you. find a differnt way need to find a different way to relive yourself of that stress. some things that work for me is running, or lisening to music, stress ball, yoga, and singing, surpriseingly singing is a great way to relive stress. if the only way you feel relaxed is by picking up a razor...theres somthing very seriously wrong. Tell your family: I know this is the definition of awkward, but they are your family,and they deserve to know. think about it, you did menchine the stress of collage and your parents pressureing you...well if they knew that the stress has led to your cutting...then they will probly lay off a little. YOU NEED TO SEEK HELP!!!! its not an option. it has to be done if you want to inproove your situation hope this helps!!! -elle-
