Energy

I have been studying the art of Ninjutsu ever since I was five. The art of the shadow. Recently I have been studying energy. I can raise my strength with it and I can bring it in to a ball form. However, I haven't always been able to do it, I could raise my power, but thats it, and I couldn't raise my strength that high. A friend of mine gave me a tape and said it would help me. It contains epesodes of a show call Dragonball Z, it turned out to be darn close to what I was studing. I changed to DBZ's way of energy now I can raise my energy higher and like I said bring it into a ball. However, I can't make the energy ball very big. Not ever an inch in diameter.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about, and has advise, please help.

that's very cool....can u teach me from whatever u started at five?

i have no clue what ur talking about but i have been doing karata sense i was 7 and what i do that helps is just take deep breaths and think of things that would help me relax. p.s. IM A HUGE ANIME FAN
