owlman
Hey folks, looking for a little career advice here. Basic background: I'm bored with my current job. I sit behind a computer all day, basically crunch numbers, and think I've seen the entire internet. I just found out through the office grapevine that a person with absolutely no experience in my dept. is going to be made my supervisor in about 2-3 weeks. (The old team leader resigned a few months ago.) I hate the idea of answering to someone who doesn't understand my job. I've taken the MAPP test online, but am looking for places (online or off) that some of you have gotten advice or direction from. (Please don't just say "Try the library.") I'm 26 and still don't know what I "want to be when I grow up!" (FYI: BA in psychology) Thanks! Link to comment
foreverurz23
okay.. first off, take something that you enjoy doing and that your always have enjoyed. like say if you love working on cars, than take up engineering or something, you have your whole life ahead of you, do something that you enjoy the most, my mom does the typing thing that you do and after 20 years, she hates it! good luck. ~foreverurz23~ Link to comment
