Maybe you should find the source of all the anger and frustration. I know a lot of people that handle their emotions like that, I don't understand it but some people can't talk. If I were you I would just try to understand where it is coming from and maybe if it is you, then you should leave him a lone for awhile, take a break. If it is not you and just his surroundings and he is taking the anger out on you that isn't healthy either, and that might call for a break. If you are really worried about him express it to him and don't yell, I've learned that. Just be calm and oh yeah if he is acting out violently let him know that you don't want him to hurt himself by doing anything stupid. I hope i helped you out!
