Is my friend gay?

I've had a crush on my friend for a while but I'm not sure if hes gay or not. Sometimes he gets really flirty with me and rubs up on me and we've shown each other our privates and he wouldn't stop looking over at mine. We've also watched porn together a few times. We've slept in the same bed naked and he'll rub his body to mine but when I made a pretty direct pass on him one night, he said he wasn't gay. I'm pretty confused by this and now he distances himself from me. I don't know what to do because he makes pretty obvious signs (at least I think he does). Do you think he is gay and what should I do?
